Processor, New York, NY

Duties: 
  • Track payments for bond purchases
  • Examine and approve all source documents received for the purchase of securities
  • Pull discrepancies for correction, deliver discrepancies to the senior processor for rejection, obtain corrected data for input
  • Process all transactions including reinvestments into DCI’s automated systems
  • Verify data entry and produce confirmation letters
  • Review and identify all discrepancies for correction and verify that corrections are accurate
  • Provide assistance and training to new employees
  • Paperwork preparation with Fiscal Agent Summary Report (FASR)
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma preferred with a minimum of 1 year of previous data entry experience

Administrative Assistant, West Nyack, NY
(Handles Rockland County, Upstate NY and Bergen County areas)


Duties:
  • Working and supporting Registered Sales Representatives as well as back-up and working with Administrative staff
  • Customer Service Skills as well as working with Vendors
  • Event Planning as well as attending events as needed
  • Liaison with departments at headquarters

National Director, Professional and Technology Division, New York, NY

Position Summary:

The National Director, Professional and Technology Division will focus on attracting new clientele in industry areas such as (i.e. New Technology, Real Estate, Medical, Financial and Legal, etc.).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Establish Israel Bonds new professional and Technology division to assist sales team to reach out to current and new investors, with an emphasis on new clients
  • Establishing strategic and short-term and long-term working plans
  • Initiate and organize professional and tech events on a National level
  • Initiate and assist Israel Bonds Executive Directors around the country with local professional and technology events
  • Formation and organizing Israel Bonds Tech Club with routine meetings on different Tech issues with respected/attractive speakers
  • Responsibility for Social Media (working with our marketing department) around the different initiatives and events
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other national divisions on new events
  • Identify and meet with potential strategic partners

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for DCI’s first level contact with its customers, Fiscal Agent, sales representatives, and DCI’s offices.
